WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Online Exchanges
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and untarnished.
  • Merchandise must have all boxes and printed materials.
  • Custom sized merchandise cannot be exchanged.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" are not exchangeable. Email info@glamhous.com for an RMA # and follow the directions in “Return Shipping” section. This is available for equal value merchandise, or higher 

 

Online Return Policy

  • Returns for exchanges or refund will be processed free of charge and will be refunded to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) . Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Online Return Shipping

  1. Email info@glamhous.com with your order # to let us know your purchase is on its way back.
  2. Ship your purchase back to Ben Yehuda 185 Tel Aviv Israel 6347304. We suggest using a service that includes tracking.
  3. Inside your package, please include your name, telephone #, email address, mailing address, and RMA #.
  4. Choose an exchange or return for a refund.
  5. Please email us tracking information, so we know when to expect your package.

Online International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 10 days from the day you received your package. Please write your RMA # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

      1. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
